ANTHONY J. ADAIR (aadair@pahl-mccay.com) is an associate of the firm practicing in Business Litigation and Real Estate. Mr. Adair received a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1992 and a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the Graziadio School of Business & Management at Pepperdine University in 2000. Mr. Adair received his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2006. He is admitted to practice in the State of California, including the District Court for the Northern District of California.
Prior to law school, Mr. Adair spent four years as an operations manager and regional property supervisor for a property management firm in the Bay Area where he gained considerable knowledge with issues of cost control and expense analysis, as well as supervising on-site employees, unlawful detainers, risk management and fair housing. Prior to the property management business, Mr. Adair worked as a financial analyst for a business valuation firm and has over ten years experience in sales management.
